Please state if you do not wish for me to stream the progress or post public WIPEverything is for personal use unless it's a Vtuber model, those are commercial but NOT for merch.➤ I reserve the right to refuse any commission, at any time, for any reason.
➤I will not copy another artist/trace.
➤Do not trace, modify, or post my work as your own.
➤Working with us you understand the quality of work we can do and know what you will get in the end.➤ My work is not to be used for purposes of publication, advertisement, or business without my express permission. In the case of a piece being used for any of these purposes, I reserve the right to alter my prices accordingly. Any commercial use of my art must be expressed prior to the commission process.➤ I reserve all creative rights to my work, including, but not limited to, alterations and modifications of any commissioned work, once the commission is completed and delivered.
➤Updates/WIP will be given when ready. I have the right to ignore DMs to focus on work➤➤Do Not DM daily asking for updates, you are paying for a slot in my que to work with me

★Payment★➤Prices are in USD
➤30% payment is required to reserve a slot- This is non-refundable
➤Full payment is required before working or finishing project.
➤Rigging work must be paid in FULL, no refunds, no payment plan
➤ Paying reserves you a spot in que for an order. Nothing is started until fully-paid.
➤ Paying the reserved slot fee you agree to my terms of service.
★Cancellation/Refund Policy★➤No Refunds. "I don't like it" "I'm not connecting with it" are not reasons for a refund as we cannot get our time back.➤ I reserve the right to resell any refunded or cancelled commission. I will, of course, remove any character specific details.➤ I reserve the right to halt any commission, at any time, for any reason such as poor communication, inappropriate/aggressive behavior, and becoming uncomfortable. Should I exercise this option, I will provide a refund based on work completed.➤ No refunds or edits after complete work➤ Edits to any piece must be made during the sketch phase. I understand that sometimes once a piece is colored, it can change the feel of the art. Therefor minor alterations after the sketch phase may be considered, on a case by case basis, at no additional cost. But any alteration I deem to be major will incur an additional $25+ fee to reflect the extra work necessary.➤ Pursue of a chargeback will result in me- the owner of the work- reselling and the commissioner being blacklisted from shop➤ Do Not put my work into/through AI.
